THE END

The Traditional Latin Mass which had been celebrated for a little over a year at Five Wounds Portuguese National Catholic Church has come to an end. The last Mass was celebrated there on September 26, 2010.

UPDATE:

Beginning Sunday, December 15, 2013, the Traditional Latin Mass will again be offered at Five Wounds, every Sunday at 12:30 PM.  Please see the above post for further information.

Another Historical Landmark

The post below details in part the history of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest's ministry in the South Bay Area, or, rougly speaking, in the San Jose area. Another landmark for the Institute's ministry in the Bay Area as a whole has also recently been celebrated, that being the five-year anniversary of the Institute's first celebration of the Traditional Latin Mass at St. Margaret Mary Church in Oakland, which celebration took place on January 17, 2005. The Institute's ministry in the Bay Area began at this church.
